Privacy Policy
We built SwingLab Coach with a simple principle: your data is yours. We don't want it, we don't collect it, and we don't have the infrastructure to handle it — by design.

The Short Version
SwingLab Coach does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything happens on your device. We never see your videos, your swing scores, or anything else about you. Full stop.
On-Device Processing
All swing analysis is performed locally on your iPhone using Apple's Vision framework. Your videos and motion data never leave your device. There are no servers, no uploads, and no cloud processing of any kind. When you analyze a swing, the computation happens entirely within the app on your hardware.
Camera and Photo Library Access
SwingLab Coach requests access to your camera and photo library solely to record and analyze your golf swing. Video recorded within the app is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded or transmitted anywhere. You can delete recordings at any time from within the app or via your iPhone's Photos app.
Optional Data Collection
SwingLab Coach includes an optional, opt-in setting to track your swing progress locally over time. This feature is turned off by default. If enabled, all data is stored exclusively on your device — nothing is sent externally. You can disable this at any time in Settings, and all locally stored data can be deleted from within the app.
Purchases
SwingLab Coach uses Apple's StoreKit framework to handle in-app purchases. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive, store, or have access to any payment information or financial data. We receive only a confirmation of purchase status from Apple's servers to unlock premium features.
No Account Required
SwingLab Coach does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or log in with any service. There is no user identity tied to your usage of the app in any form.
Cookies and Tracking
SwingLab Coach does not use cookies, web tracking pixels, analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or any third-party tracking technologies. There are no third-party SDKs integrated into the app that collect behavioral or usage data.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties — because we don't have any data to share. No personal information is transmitted from your device.
Children's Privacy
SwingLab Coach does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. Because we collect no data from any user, this policy is straightforward: no data from any age group is collected or stored by us.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change this privacy policy in a way that affects how data is handled, we will update this page and include the effective date of the change. We will never retroactively introduce data collection without clear, prominent notice.
